Working Together

A space to explore what matters, at a pace that feels right for you.

Whether you are facing a specific difficulty or simply feel something isn't quite right, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect and better understand yourself.

I offer online and in-person counselling and psychotherapy for adults.

What therapy can offer

Therapy is not about being given answers or told what to do.

Instead, it can provide a space to:

• Understand patterns in your thoughts, feelings and relationships

• Explore difficult experiences safely

• Develop greater self-awareness

• Navigate change and uncertainty

• Build a more compassionate relationship with yourself

My Approach

I work integratively, drawing primarily from person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches.

This means I adapt the way we work to your individual needs rather than following a single model.

At the heart of my work is the belief that feeling genuinely heard, understood and accepted can create the conditions for meaningful change.

Particularly helpful if:

  • Travelling is difficult

  • You have health concerns

  • You prefer the comfort of your own space

  • You have a busy schedule

In-Person

I offer in-person counselling from a quiet and welcoming therapy room in North Finchley (N12), North London.

The therapy space is designed to feel calm, private and comfortable. It offers step-free access, accessible toilet facilities, and is easy to reach by public transport, with parking available nearby.

I understand that attending therapy in person isn't equally accessible for everyone. If there is anything that would make attending sessions feel easier or more comfortable, you're very welcome to let me know before we meet so we can think together about what might help.

Fees

The cost of each 50 minute session is £70.00 (payment is via bank transfer).

I believe that therapy should be as accessible as possible. A small number of reduced-fee spaces are available for people who are experiencing financial difficulties or for whom the full fee would make accessing therapy difficult.

If cost is a barrier, you're very welcome to get in touch. If I have a reduced-fee space available, we can discuss what may be possible.

If I don't have availability at the time, I'll do my best to signpost you to other therapists or low-cost services that may be able to offer support.

Understanding begins with a conversation

Taking the first step can feel difficult.
